No forever "Manager" in the world !

We might not a business student , but we must have trained up how to "manage" things since we were young .



I never think that management play important role in my life until I had studied it for 2 semesters .
Management isn't only play the role in companies .

The basic theory in any management book are all similar , the theory could be good use in any fields of industry or company , even family or our daily live .
However , theory is still a theory if we didn't apply it . I do noticed that some of my friends who had studied management didn't able to friendly used what they had learned .

In addition , theory is just only the very basic foundation , to applied it would be another story .
I never try to mean that I am good in it , long life learning is necessary for everyone , I would just like to share that I found the convenient !

Knowledge is a bonus to make things doing better !
I never deny the elder people who has rich experiences , this is a good blessings !


I found a attractive topic in today newspaper .
" Manager has to be good at authorization "

It might sound bored to you , but it is interesting for me !
I discover that this problem happened on lots of young people . As an officer in Boys' Brigade , to trained them up to become a leader is pretty hard work .
Talent is just the minimal factor to accomplish as a leader , It is a long journey to train up a leader .As an officer , We never let our members to work alone , we are side by side with them , leading them toward the goal .


The newspaper lists down 5 main reasons why the manager don't want to hand out the authority to the workers.

1) Would the workers able to hit my target if I handed out the authority ?
2)Will I being eliminated If I were fully handed out the authority and others doing better than
me ?
3) If I give up my responsibility , what would I doing ?
4) I have no time to teach other !
5) There are no suitable candidate !


I pretty understand why these become the main reasons , since these is also the "best" excuses .
NO one would gave up their “Throne" , especially when you are in the high position .
Nature characteristic of Human being is clings to power , status ，reputation and wealth.

We also damn fancy of Flattery ！

“And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

As our father Lord say , nothing would stand forever , not power , not status , not wealth ! As all of us known , Soloman was praise with great wisdom and rich , but the biblical define that "all his glory was not arrayed like one of the lilies. "

Bonus !

Ang Pau is a bonus for CNY

But this kind of bonus would not stand for long , especially when you're getting older !
The first day of CNY , I went to my uncle 's house . One of the aunt who holding the angpau on her hand and walked around , I just sat in front of her ! She just treated me as transparent !

Ang Pau is a big bonus for me ! I am still a student :-P
Haiz......I have been using half of my ang pau money before the last day of the CNY .
Don't misunderstood oh.....I am not using it to buy something which is unnecessary oh~
I paid for my flute examination fees and buy a music sheet book ......costs me RM 300++ :-(

In fact , I had planned to save most of my Ang Pau money into my account ( which I have done for every year since I were child) , I already gave some amount to my dad and let him to help me to bank in it . Haiz .............still have to collect back half of it to paid the fees.

I also had planned to keep a little amount to spend ( hehehehehe....my own use) , I haven't been to cinema this year , I was waiting for the film "Jumper". I myself pretty don't like those CNY hottest Chinese comedy films. ( my own opinion only)......however , when I went back to my apartment few days agos , all the bills came ( elec , water , streamxy)......then my money again gone !


Anyway , ANG PAU IS STILL A BONUS !

Marry or Break up

In this beginning of year 2008
A friend of mine just broke up and another is going to get marry .
And also lots of friends sharing about their love life to me .

Unfortunatuly mostly of those "stories" were bad new , I found out they just need a pair of ears to listen to them . All the advices that I had gave them were just rubbish . To solve all those problems will going back to themselves but no other.

People will worried when they didn't had partner . So did when they have one .
They complaint lots when they didn't had meet the one . More complaint when they have the one .

Thanks God for persist me in front of HIM , Thanks God for comfort me when I was in a deep valley . And Thanks God making me strong .

To have a long run in love isn't that easy .

Last week , I attended the wedding plaining meeting for my captain , lots of matters has to be plan in advance , budget for the wedding . In fact , there are much more to prepare before the wedding . This is the second time for me to take part in helping the wedding planning . Which I were and am doing the decoration , it was a great experience for me around 2 years agos that I did for the first wedding decor . The satisfaction of finished a project and able to pleased the couple were awesome .

In my opinion , although Wedding party may just a ceremony ( Damn tired ...hehehe) , for a Christian couple , it is the best time to show the testimony and the love of God to friends and families , which would not done by non Christian .

I didn't enjoy fellowship for long .
I mean the fellowship in church .

so do the gathering with some of my best friends

Nowadays it is pretty hard to met up some of them since mostly are left for study , working aboard and busy with works . ( it seems like just remain the CNY period :-P )

Why we having some many different fellowship in church such as youth fellowship, young adult fellowship , Women fellowship or men fellowship , families fellowship ............?

The vital point of fellowship is ........" sharing".
When a group of people in the fellowship lost their trust between each and others .It would not consider as a healthy fellowship life .
I am not mean to complaint on anything , I knew that trust would not build at one side.

We have became good friend since primary school.
As yet , we live so near to each anothers , we just meet for once per year ( mostly is on CNY)
We have a year time stories to chit chatting about on the lunch time . Again every year we both recall back some of our old friends , willing to know how are they doing .
However ,We didn't even know where are some of our best friends now.





























Tolerance , patient and acceptance are needed in every friendship . Everybody is chasing different dreams ahead us . For those friends who had got married , hope to send my great blessing to them .



It was the second time she visited my house , actually not many of my friends been to my house since I had moved to Semenyih. Just for few hours to spent together in deeper chatting , it was the most satisfaction for me .

I think the reason why I would fancy on this kind of films is because of the OST and dancing .




I really hope to review again some of the films . I still remember I watched a film called "Arabian Nights" and it means "The Flower One Thousand and One Nights". ( it isn't a cartoon version )
I found the film accidentally in an insomnia night in TV , it took me 3~ 4 hours to finished the film , if I'm not remember wrongly , it was finished at the midnight.

I believe most of the people has heard about this story " One thousand and one nights". When I was a child , I damn like the stories of Aladdin's Wonderful Lamp , and also the famous story " Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves".
