Food in Phuket

dessert in morning market - next to the Robinson shopping center

kuey teow soup - slightly spicy , sour and sweet !
40 baht

drink , I didn't buy any
the box design was cute mini size !( half size from the normal box)

coconut ice cream at Sunday market - Naka weekend market
20 baht

Dinner at Phuket for the first night
not much choice in the phuket town

The price was around 140 baht to 250 baht

western food as dinner - I love the onion ring !
The price was affordable and reasonable .

our dinner, a simple one
I personally don't give any praise to Phi Phi island food , why I say so ??
Since I found that they like sweet taste , adding many sugar in drink and even the soup
( can you imagine if you drunk the sweet tom yam soup ??)
but still you could found other exception as my mom did ,
she got the delicious "chap fan ".

Many BBQ stores at Phi phi as a choice for dinner or supper .

"Chap fan" in the morning-wonder if it was duck egg!

breakfast that available in morning at some store

last meal at Phi Phi island before we heading to the port and went to Patong beach,
tea time ( so called our lunch as well) -
we decided to share a pizza -120baht ( all favour)
coffee -30 baht

Honestly the expenses in Patong beach is above average ,
better prepare extra pocket money !

In one of the small junction at Bang la road
we found a food store which is tasty

our menu :
Tom Yam soup ( well worth & tasty) - 150 baht
curry prawn - 150 baht
sour and spicy squid- 200 baht
mix vege- 100 baht

environment : 2/5
tast: 4/5
price : 2.5/5

Big prawn at one of the restaurant in Patong , but it's so attractive !
( not where we had our meal)

60 baht for each spicy and non -spicy kiew toew soup

The last meal at Phuket town before we departed to airport ~
